What we collect

• Account details: name, email, company, phone and shipping address.
• If you sign in with Google: your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Order details: plate wording, artwork files, purchase order numbers, quotes and invoices.
• Basic, cookie-free site analytics.

Why

To quote, make, ship and invoice your order, save your builder setups, and reply to you. We do not add you to marketing lists without your OK.

Who sees it

Only us, plus the services that run the business: Odoo (website and accounts), Microsoft 365 (email), payment processors, and the carrier shipping your order. We never sell your information.

Keeping it

As long as your account is open, and as long as tax law requires for orders and invoices.

Your choices

Email sales@llamacoids.ca to see, fix or delete your information, or to close your account. We handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
