- You see every tag before it is added, then check it in the preview and send the order for a quote and proofs.
Big jobs come with big tag lists: an MCC lineup, a new building's panels, a valve chart. Those lists already live in a spreadsheet, usually laid out the way the engineer or the foreman likes. Bulk order takes that file as it is.

- Open Bulk orderIt is under Start fast at the top of the Lamacoid Builder, and again in the order panel.
- Choose your spreadsheetExcel or CSV. Keep your own column names and order.
- Check what we foundWe work out which column is the text, the size, the colours and the quantity, and show you the result before anything is added.
- Review in the order panelEvery row becomes a tag in Your order, with its own part number. Edit any tag and see it in the preview.
- Send itPress Create quote & send proofs. You get a quote and a PDF proof by email to approve.
02What a good sheet looks like
Any layout works, but these columns give the best result. Only the text is essential:
